Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

     *  At Rynkel Marine if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund, not including original or return shipping.
     *  We do not accept returns with out a valid receipt.
     *  All items must be in unused condition (unwashed, unworn with original hang tag attached) and its original packaging. 
     *  Refunds are made to you to your original method of payment.

     * Marine Business ® items may have higher restocking fee up to 25% based on Marine Business ® distribution policy. 

ADDITIONAL DETAIL FOR RETURN:

·             *  Return merchandise along with all original receipt and accessories.

·             *  Return products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.

·             *  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Call us for detail. 

·             *  Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.

·             *  Return must be made by certified mail to prevent any loss.

·             *  Please note return will not be accepted if merchandise is damaged, not due to regular wear and tear.

·             *  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% (electronics 25%) , please call us for detail. 

·             *  Returns without receipts are not eligible for any credit.

·  *          *  Shipping charges are not refundable.

BED SHEET, MATTRESS PAD AND MATTRESS TOPPER  RETURN POLICY

Customers’ may request a return for a refund for any item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 (seven) days after receipt. Exchanges for any item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging within 28 (twenty eight) days after receipt.

 

Return shipping fees are the customers’ responsibility for exchanges or returns. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees (if applicable). Refunds will be made within 5 (five) business days.

 

Manufacture defect claims are subject to vendor inspection prior to approval and may take up to three business days. Discoloration and/or misuse by the customer are not eligible for approval. Claims must be reported to Rynkel, Inc. within 28 (twenty eight) days after receipt of items. Upon approval; customers’ would receive an exchange or full refund. Denied claims would be made in writing with a full explanation of findings. Claims for item(s) washed and reported within 30 (twenty eight) days after receipt of items will be eligible for a manufacture defect claim only if the size of the item is defective.

 

Customers’ who receive shipments in error would be required to return the item via a USPS Return Label (which would be mailed by Rynkel Inc to the customer). Rynkel Marine will ship the correct item to the customer. Rynkel Marine is responsible for all re-shipping and return shipping fees.

 

Although Rynkel’s care instructions state “wash before using”, all customers must ensure their received order is clear of any defects upon arrival & before washing.

 

       NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM SHAPE BED SHEETS, MATTRESS PAD AND MATTRESS TOPPER. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL REDO YOUR CUSTOM ORDER.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We use United States Postal Service for most of our shipping. Nauti Apparel reserves the right to change the shipping carrier any time with or with out notice to meet Nauti Apparel on time delivery guarantee. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS. To lower your cost, we only display the lowest available shipping carriers cost. 

Marine Business ® items are imported from Spain. Delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks pending customs clearance. Shipped order may have restocking fee up to 25%.
