At Rynkel Inc. if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund, not including original or return shipping.

All merchandise purchased from fastfenderUSA.com or Rynkel.com or purchased directly from us at any trade show may be returned by mail within 30 days from the day of order.

To return an item :

• Please call us at 1-847-666-5494 or email info@rynkel.com to receive a RMA number for all returns.
• Return merchandise along with all original receipt, packing materials and accessories.
• Return must be made by certified mail to prevent any loss.
• Please note return will not be accepted if merchandise is damaged, not due to regular wear and tear.
• Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, please call us for detail. 
• There will not be any refund for shipping charges.
